I need some tips on desensitizing Ajay to being around other people, especially children. She goes wild for them and emits her piercing Toller scream when I try to remove her from them. I can get her to sit for a little when strangers approach, but then she goes batty once they walk away and her screams can be heard for miles. I feel I'm really failing as a trainer here and I don't know what to try next.

Nova did that too (no scream though) and I walked alongside the school playground of 4-6yo's a few times a day a few weeks untill she ignored the broohaha in the playground.
We did not allow children to pet her.

I have no clue whether this helped or this has gone better by itself.
Now she is ok, ignoring children as she ignores adults.
